WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We’d love to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed but, unfortunately, we all have full time jobs. This means we will make weekly trip to our local post office every Saturday, with goodies in hand. So if you order on Sunday or Monday, it may take a little longer for us to dispatch your order.

Of course, if you’re in a particular rush to get something - contact us and we’ll see what we can do.


WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Most likely it is on it’s way. As said above, we can only make one trip to the post office a week so it won’t be with you the next day. If it’s been over 2 weeks (for UK orders) or 4 weeks (for international), contact us and we’ll send you a tracking number.


MY ORDER IS DEFINITELY LOST. CAN YOU SEND ME ANOTHER?
Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for any orders lost in the post. All UK orders are sent 2nd Class Recorded Delivery so should hopefully make it to your door. If you really think your order has been lost, get in touch and we’ll send you the tracking number. Then you’ll have to take it up with Royal Mail.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail and are not able to be tracked. Again, for this reason we take no responsibility for lost parcels. If you really want to get an international order tracked, contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.

I ORDERED A T-SHIRT / JERSEY AND IT'S TOO SMALL / BIG. CAN I SWAP IT?
If the t-shirt is too small, lay off the pies and ride your bike more. If it’s too big, eat more pies and ride your bike less.

No? Okay, how about selling it to a friend?

No friends? Okay, we’ll swap it. Send it back to us in the same condition you received it within 15 days and tell us what size you need and we’ll send it out as soon as possible.


WHY ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS BLACK, CHROME OR WHITE?
We like to keep things pure, simple and classic. No neon green here I’m afraid.
